Our Promise to You

Kybelle rings are crafted for a single, exclusive promise — one ring, one person, one love. Each ring purchased through our platform is intended to represent one sincere commitment.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that appears to violate the spirit of this principle.

All prices are listed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). Payment is processed securely via Chapa (local) or Stripe (international). Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully completed.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock discrepancies. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

Kybelle ships within Ethiopia. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days within Addis Ababa, and 5–14 business days for other regions. International shipping is not currently available.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Each purchase includes a digital Certificate of Promise, issued to the buyer's registered name and email. The certificate is a commemorative document and does not constitute a legal contract.

Certificates are generated after successful payment and sent to your registered email. You may also download them from your account page.

Due to the intimate and personalised nature of promise rings, all sales are final once the ring has shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@kybelle.shop.

Refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

Kybelle collects only the personal information necessary to process your order and provide our services: name, email, phone number, and delivery address. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment information is handled entirely by our payment providers (Chapa / Stripe) and is never stored on our servers. We use Supabase for secure data storage.

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your order and certificate. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time.

All content on this site — including the Kybelle name, logo, ring designs, photography, and text — is the property of Kybelle and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Kybelle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
